4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Spiritual rejuvenation and kundalini, are offered as prepaid subscriptions for a fixed duration of 2 to 3 months.
  • Angelic healing and exorcism/healing are non-binding subscriptions that can be canceled at any time by the User.
  • Refunds are available upon request within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@the-kingdom-of-angelic-healing.com. This period allows users to assess whether the intervention suits them.
  • Users may recommend our Services after a refund, but abuse of this policy may result in future non-intervention by the Angels.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Communications via our email or Facebook community must remain respectful and not be abusive.
  • Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior may result in exclusion from these communication channels. However, the User will still be able to access angelic services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for decisions made by the Angels regarding their intervention on a User. Their actions or inactions are entirely at their discretion and spiritual judgment. Angels may choose not to intervene if the User is perceived as having committed inhumane acts or if non-intervention is deemed necessary for their protection. We have no control over their decisions and cannot be held liable.
  • Effects, including healing crises or energetic adjustments, are unique to each individual and beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any discomfort or suffering caused, especially since the User has been repeatedly warned about the possibility of healing crises, which are essential for deep healing.   • We are not responsible for any unavailability of the Site due to technical issues.

7. International Disputes

  • Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or Services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
  • Users located outside the United States agree to submit to the jurisdiction of California for any disputes.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

  • User data is securely stored on SureCart, a trusted third-party platform.

9. Service Functioning

  • Services operate under the guidance of Angels. The duration and intensity of their intervention are determined at their spiritual discretion.
  • Users acknowledge that, in rare cases, Angels may choose to continue their intervention even after a request to stop, particularly in situations involving imminent danger or essential well-being.

10. Subscription and Payment Relations

  • The “spiritual rejuvenation” and “kundalini” services last 3 months and 2 months respectively, with payments made in monthly installments. If a payment is not made, the Angels reserve the right not to complete the service. However, the User may place a new order.
  • For “angelic healing” and “Exorcism/Healing,” which are subscriptions that can be canceled at any time, the Angels will continue the service until the end of the paid month unless an emergency stop request has been submitted to immediately halt the intervention.

11. Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.
  • It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review these Terms.
