2.1 No Guaranteed Results

No specific results can be guaranteed, as outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many individual factors, including but not limited to spiritual sensitivity, energetic receptivity, and your state of consciousness.

2.2 Personal Spiritual Journey

By using our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you engage in these Services freely and consciously as part of a personal spiritual journey, and that you have been informed of the inherent limitations of these practices.

3. Access and Use of the Site

3.1 Eligibility

Access to the Site and Services is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 or older. By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.2 Ethical Use

You agree to use the Site and Services in an ethical and respectful manner, in accordance with the law and the spiritual nature of the offerings.

3.3 Services for Minors or Third Parties

The purchase of Services on the Site is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. However, Services may be ordered on behalf of a minor (under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian) or a third party, as long as the order is placed by an adult.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our Services are spiritual and intangible, and they begin immediately upon payment confirmation. By making a payment, you expressly agree that the angelic intervention starts instantly.

4.1 Time-Limited Offers

Spiritual Rejuvenation (3 months) and Kundalini Activation (2 months) are offered as prepaid packages, payable either in full (with a discount) or in monthly installments. These services have a fixed and predetermined duration, regardless of the results felt or achieved.

4.2 Exorcism Service

The Exorcism service is offered with an unlimited duration until complete healing, with two payment options:

• One-time payment: a flat fee covering the entire treatment
• Installment payment: monthly payments over a predefined period (3 or 5 months depending on the selected plan)

Once the payment (one-time or in installments) is made, the service continues until complete healing, with no additional fees, regardless of the time required, as determined by the Angels.

4.3 Monthly Subscriptions

Angelic healing is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, which renews automatically unless explicitly canceled by you before the renewal date. More details on automatic renewals can be found in Section 5.

4.4 Service Continuity

Angelic interventions normally end at the conclusion of the paid period or upon cancellation of a subscription. In certain exceptional cases, the Angels may, at their spiritual discretion, choose to continue an intervention they deem vital or urgent for you.

4.5 Refund Policy

No refunds are granted, even in cases of non-use, early termination, or dissatisfaction, due to the intangible and immediately activated nature of the services. You expressly acknowledge this essential characteristic of the Service before making any purchase.

4.6 Payment Security

Payments are secured via PayPal and Stripe, in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. No banking data is stored directly on our site. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes.

5. Automatic Renewal Terms

5.1 Clear Notice of Automatic Renewal Terms

In accordance with the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) and various state automatic renewal laws, we provide this clear and conspicuous disclosure of our automatic renewal terms:

• Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until canceled
• The length of the renewal period will be the same as your original subscription period (e.g., monthly or yearly)
• The amount charged will be at the rate disclosed at the time of your initial purchase, unless we notify you of a rate change in advance
• The charge will be processed to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase or as subsequently updated

5.2 Pre-Renewal Notification

For monthly subscriptions, you will not receive a pre-renewal notification before each billing cycle.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Respectful Communication

Users are expected to remain respectful and kind across all communication channels (emails, forms, social media, etc.).

6.2 Accurate Information

7.2 Specific Exclusions of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Angelic decisions to intervene or not, according to their spiritual discernment.
• Healing crises or other physical, emotional, or spiritual effects experienced during or after the services.
• Cases where the Angels choose to continue the intervention despite a stop request, when deemed spiritually essential for your protection or evolution.
• Technical issues, interruptions, or temporary unavailability of the site, regardless of the cause.
• Financial, business, or personal losses related to the use or inability to use the Services.

7.3 Emergency Stop

You acknowledge that even after submitting an emergency stop request, the angelic intervention may continue if the Angels deem it necessary for spiritual reasons. This form represents a request, not a guarantee of immediate cessation.

7.4 Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any obligation under these Terms in the event of force majeure, as defined by applicable laws.

7.5 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE KINGDOM OF ANGELIC HEALING, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8.5 Spiritual Access Limitations

Angelic healing may be refused in the following cases:

11. Service Operation

11.1 Angelic Autonomy

The Angels act freely according to their divine wisdom. The timing, intensity, and duration of their interventions cannot be predicted or controlled by the Site or the Founder.

11.2 Individual Experiences

Each intervention is unique and tailored to your spiritual state, as assessed by the Angels. You acknowledge that results may vary significantly from person to person and that no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

11.3 Divine Autonomy

In rare cases, the Angels may continue an intervention after a stop request, particularly if a spiritual danger is perceived for you or others. By using the Services, you acknowledge this reality and expressly accept the possibility of such divine autonomy in the management of your case.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Site Content

All content published on the Site (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by the Site or its licensors.

12.2 Use of Content

You are permitted to view and temporarily download a copy of the materials displayed on the Site solely for personal and non-commercial use. Before filing a claim against The Kingdom of Angelic Healing, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.

13.3 Agreement to Arbitrate

YOU AND THE KINGDOM OF ANGELIC HEALING AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW. THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO BE BROADLY INTERPRETED.

13.4 Arbitration Procedures

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, which are available at www.adr.org. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.5 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND THE KINGDOM OF ANGELIC HEALING AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and The Kingdom of Angelic Healing agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

13.6 Opt-Out Right

You have the right to opt out of the mandatory arbitration provisions of this Section by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to contact@the-kingdom-of-angelic-healing.com within 30 days of your first use of the Services. If you opt out of the arbitration provisions, all other provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

13.7 Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either you or The Kingdom of Angelic Healing may bring an individual action in small claims court.

14. Ambassador Program

14.1 Nature of the Program

The Site offers an Ambassador Program that allows Users to recommend the Services and earn commissions on sales generated through their personal referral link or promotional code.

14.2 Participation Requirements

Participation in the Ambassador Program is subject to specific conditions, particularly regarding promotional ethics and transparency. The Site reserves the right to reject an application or terminate an Ambassador’s participation at any time, at its sole discretion.

14.3 Commissions and Payments

Commissions are calculated on the net purchase price and are paid according to the terms defined in the specific conditions of the Ambassador Program.
