2. Nature of the Services

Our Services are exclusively spiritual in nature. They are intended to support inner transformation, energetic release, and healing at the soul level. They are in no way a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal treatments.

No specific results can be guaranteed, as outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many individual factors, including but not limited to spiritual sensitivity, energetic receptivity, and the User’s state of consciousness.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that they engage in these Services freely and consciously as part of a personal spiritual journey, and that they have been informed of the inherent limitations of these practices.

3. Access and Use of the Site

  • Access to the Site and Services is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 or older.
  • The User agrees to use the Site and Services in an ethical and respectful manner, in accordance with the law and the spiritual nature of the offerings.
  • The purchase of Services on the Site is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. However, Services may be ordered on behalf of a minor (under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian) or a third party, as long as the order is placed by an adult.
  • The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and agrees to immediately notify the Site of any unauthorized use.
  • Any abusive, fraudulent, or disrespectful behavior may result in the suspension or permanent termination of access, without compensation or refund.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our Services are spiritual and intangible, and they begin immediately upon payment confirmation. By making a payment, the User expressly agrees that the angelic intervention starts instantly.

4.1 Time-Limited Offers

  • Spiritual Rejuvenation (3 months) and Kundalini Activation (2 months) are offered as prepaid packages, payable either in full (with a discount) or in monthly installments.
  • These services have a fixed and predetermined duration, regardless of the results felt or achieved.

4.2 Exorcism Service

The Exorcism service is offered with an unlimited duration until complete healing, with two payment options:

  • One-time payment: a flat fee covering the entire treatment
  • Installment payment: monthly payments over a predefined period (3 or 5 months depending on the selected plan)

Once the payment (one-time or in installments) is made, the service continues until complete healing, with no additional fees, regardless of the time required, as determined by the Angels.

4.3 Monthly Subscriptions

Angelic healing is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, which renews automatically unless explicitly canceled by the User.

4.4 Service Continuity

Angelic interventions normally end at the conclusion of the paid period or upon cancellation of a subscription. In certain exceptional cases, the Angels may, at their spiritual discretion, choose to continue an intervention they deem vital or urgent for the User.

4.5 Refund Policy

No refunds are granted, even in cases of non-use, early termination, or dissatisfaction, due to the intangible and immediately activated nature of the services. The User expressly acknowledges this essential characteristic of the Service before making any purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users are expected to remain respectful and kind across all communication channels (emails, forms, social media, etc.).
  • The User agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during any communication or transaction on the Site.
  • The User agrees not to use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
  • The User agrees not to attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the Site.
  • Any abusive, threatening, or deliberately harmful behavior may result in temporary or permanent exclusion, without refund or prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are activated by spiritual beings (the Angels), whose actions follow divine plans beyond human control.

Neither the Site, the Founder, nor any of their representatives can guarantee any specific result, timeline, or method of intervention.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that they engage in these Services freely and consciously as part of a personal spiritual journey, and that they have been informed of the inherent limitations of these practices.

  • Technical issues, interruptions, or temporary unavailability of the site, regardless of the cause.
  • Financial, business, or personal losses related to the use or inability to use the Services.

6.2 Emergency Stop

The User acknowledges that even after submitting an emergency stop request, the angelic intervention may continue if the Angels deem it necessary for spiritual reasons. This form represents a request, not a guarantee of immediate cessation.

6.3 Force Majeure

The Site shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any obligation under these Terms in the event of force majeure, as defined by the applicable courts’ jurisprudence.

7. International Disputes

These Terms and any use of the Site or Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA).

In the event of a dispute, the User agrees that any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, even if the User resides outside the United States.

The User expressly waives any objection to this territorial jurisdiction and acknowledges that the purchase and use of the Services establish a sufficient connection with the State of Florida to justify such jurisdiction.

  • The Angels act freely according to their divine wisdom. The timing, intensity, and duration of their interventions cannot be predicted or controlled by the Site or the Founder.
  • Each intervention is unique and tailored to the User’s spiritual state, as assessed by the Angels.
  • The User acknowledges that results may vary significantly from person to person and that no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
  • In rare cases, the Angels may continue an intervention after a stop request, particularly if a spiritual danger is perceived for the User or others.
  • By using the Services, the User acknowledges this reality and expressly accepts the possibility of such divine autonomy in the management of their case.

10. Payment Terms

  • Payments are secured via PayPal and Stripe, in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.
  • No banking data is stored directly on our site.
  • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes.
  • The Site reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

11. Changes to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
  • Changes will take effect upon their publication on the Site.
  • It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review the Terms.

15. Intellectual Property
